Current position: Store communication manager

I started my career at Tesco in our stores, by managing our colleagues in different departments. This was an invaluable experience which helped me to get to know our core business and operation. During my more than 10 years journey I’ve been still in daily touch with our stores and people there. As an Area manager I was responsible for our F&F brand and currently I’m managing a team which is responsible for communication between head office and stores.

Tesco is a matter of the heart for me. Why? For a chance to constantly learn, for relatively quick career growth, diverse job, but mostly because I work with the great team where we can always rely on each other. I also appreciate daily usage of English, which is the best “course” I could wish. Because we cooperate with colleagues from Central European countries, English is our main communication language.
