About the program

  • During 6-12 months on the job training, you will have a chance to explore the exciting world of business, gather experience and learn from the best leaders
  • Start from the General Assistant, Stock Controller and Shift Leader responsibilities and develop your managerial skills with help of our best leaders
  • Be close to our customers and inspire our colleagues to serve our customers better

Become a Store Manager after the program – it is an ambitious plan but with your will and motivation, it’s possible.

  • You have already  finished your education or you still study but you are ready to work full time
  • You are ambitious and becoming a manager soon is a challenge for you

I started to work at Tesco in 2014, in the Graduate programme. The graduate programme gave me an opportunity to see all the areas where Tesco operates. After that I worked as a Fresh food manager in a few stores, I also moved to the Czech Republic where I launched the new operating model and I was also a Transition manager.
